About the role
As a Finance Intern, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, gaining hands-on experience across accounting, financial control, and internal processes. This role offers a great opportunity to develop practical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
• Support on the daily accounting
• Review unbilled POs and quotes
• Accounting vendor invoices and review outstanding bills
• Review unpaid sales invoices
• Support internal processes (documentation, ticketing, compliance, etc.)
Card Management
• Create users and review spending limits
• Issue cards and set up projects
• Follow up on pending expenses
Monthly Closings
• Review general ledger accounts
• Support bank reconciliation
• Assets control
Production Monthly Closings
• Provide support for financial–production control processes
• Monitor purchase orders and related invoicing
• Review tags and cost centers
Minimum requirements
• To be a student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics
• Proficiency in Excel
• Basic accounting knowledge
Languages
• Spanish or Catalan
• English (ideally)
• Any other languages are a plus.
