About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different areas of HR, from onboarding and payroll support to employee experience projects. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and develop key skills for your career in Human Resources.

  • Important Requirement: Candidates must be currently enrolled at a university and pursuing a degree in Labor Relations or a related field (Human Resources, etc.), as this is an internship.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Help maintain and update our HR systems and employee records.
  • Assist with the payroll process and benefits administration.
  • Keep our employee handbook and internal policies up to date.
  • Monitor mandatory training and annual medical checkups.
  • Research and liaise with potential suppliers and service providers.
  • Participate in employee experience projects, contributing ideas to improve engagement and culture.


Minimum requirements

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
