We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager specialized in the beauty sector, with a robust background in PR, to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase sales within the beauty industry. You will leverage your expertise in PR to cultivate strong relationships with influencers, negotiate partnerships, and amplify brand messaging through various digital platforms.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience demographics.
- Identify key trends and insights within the beauty industry to inform influencer selection and content creation strategies.
2. Influencer Identification and Outreach:
- Utilize PR skills to research, identify, and vet potential influencers, including micro, macro, and celebrity influencers, who align with brand values and target audience interests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers through successful negotiations, effective communication and partnership management.
3. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, including setting campaign objectives, defining deliverables, briefing creators and managing timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, social media, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
4. Content Collaboration:
- Collaborate with influencers to develop authentic and engaging content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand messaging.
- Provide guidance, effective briefing and creative direction to influencers to ensure content quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
5. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to measure effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on the beauty sector.
- Strong background in PR, with demonstrated skills in relationship building, communication, negotiation and drafting of contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, different technologies and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and a keen eye for emerging trends.
