About the role

We are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer with a strong creative vision and deep expertise in visual storytelling. The ideal candidate combines aesthetic sensitivity with strategic thinking, bringing a refined, innovative, and modern design approach that elevates the brands across all digital touchpoints.


Key responsibilities

• Lead and structure design teams, defining clear roles and responsibilities while fostering healthy, sustainable ways of working

• Translate brand strategies into clear, scalable design systems and ensure their consistent application across all touchpoints

• Establish, evolve, and safeguard design processes, workflows, and quality standards across projects and teams

• Act as a coach and mentor to designers, elevating craft, confidence, and accountability at every level

• Oversee end-to-end design delivery, from briefing through execution and rollout, managing multiple workstreams in parallel

• Identify and drive opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and scale, including AI-enabled workflows and automation

• Own a key account and serve as a trusted design partner to the leadership team

• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, and other departments to deliver cohesive, high-quality outcomes


Minimum requirements


• 7-8 years as a Graphic Designer

• Proven experience working with FMCG brands, ideally within complex, multi-market or regulated environments

• Strong background in brand systems, content ecosystems, and 360 campaigns

• Proven managerial experience leading and developing design teams across senior, junior, and studio profiles

• Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging hierarchies, and how design adapts across touchpoints

• Excellent communication skills with a confident, client-facing profile

• Experience leading presentations, defending creative decisions, and managing complex feedback loops

• Comfortable working with budgets, scopes, timelines, and resourcing constraints

• High level of ownership, reliability, and accountability, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Detail-oriented while maintaining a strong big-picture, strategic perspective

• Any other languages are a plus.
