About the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Producer to lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact advertising and branded content projects. This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions-oriented producer who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and can confidently manage creative, operational, and financial aspects of digital production.

  • The salary for this position is up to €40.000 gross per year.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Budget Oversight

  • Develop and manage complex production budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost optimization across projects.
  • Lead production scheduling and workflow planning to align with overall campaign timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and onboard external suppliers, such as directors, stylists, editors, and post-production teams, ensuring quality, value, and compliance with project scope.
  • Partner with finance and account teams to track expenses, manage contingencies, and provide regular reporting on production health.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead cross-functional production teams, providing direction, mentorship, and operational clarity throughout all project phases.
  • Foster collaboration with creative director, art director, strategy leads, and agency partners to ensure alignment on vision, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Oversee pre-production logistics, including permits, insurance, crew hiring, and scheduling, ensuring readiness and risk mitigation.
  • Drive accountability for project delivery (on time, on brief, and on budget).

Client & Stakeholder Relations

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the production lifecycle, translating their needs into actionable production plans.
  • Present creative and technical proposals with confidence and clarity, managing expectations and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Build long-term client relationships by delivering excellence, anticipating needs, and identifying opportunities for added value.

Creative & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all outputs meet the highest standards in terms of creative execution, technical quality, and brand consistency.
  • Conduct critical reviews of deliverables during key project milestones to guarantee alignment with the creative brief and client objectives.

Production Logistics

  • Oversee day-to-day logistics, including shoot planning, location scouting, permits, and equipment management.
  • Troubleshoot real-time production challenges, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining quality standards.


Minimum requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Producer within a production company, creative agency, or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-platform productions with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of digital production processes (from concept to delivery) across video, photography, and digital content.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on, solution-focused approach.
  • Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro X, and production management software.
  • Solid understanding of content optimization for different digital platforms and formats.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
