About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support the development and execution of high-quality visual assets across digital and brand communications. This role is ideal for a designer with strong craft, technical precision, and a sharp eye for imagery who thrives in fast-paced agency environments.

You will work closely with Design Leads, Art Directors, and Strategists to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual executions across a wide range of formats, including social media, digital campaigns, e-commerce, presentations, and brand toolkits. The role requires both strong conceptual sensitivity and excellent execution skills, with a particular focus on image quality, photo retouching, and visual consistency.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable producing high volumes of assets while maintaining a high standard of quality. Experience working with FMCG, healthcare, nutrition, or other regulated-category brands is highly valued, as these environments require precision, compliance, and careful handling of imagery and messaging.


Responsibilities

  • Apply and maintain brand guidelines consistently across multiple formats and asset types.
  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital platforms, social media, e-commerce, presentations, and brand toolkits.
  • Execute advanced photo retouching, image manipulation, and compositing to elevate visual quality while maintaining natural and credible imagery.
  • Adapt and produce large volumes of creative assets efficiently without compromising design quality.
  • Ensure all files meet platform specifications, including correct formats, resolutions, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Design Leads, Art Directors, and Strategists to bring campaign and brand ideas to life. Interpret feedback clearly, iterate quickly, and refine work based on creative and client input.
  • Support the development of visual solutions that are both creative and compliant with brand and category standards.
  • Use AI image generation tools (such as Firefly, Midjourney, Krea, or similar) to support concept development and asset creation when relevant.
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall visual consistency across deliverables.
  • Identify visual inconsistencies, risks, or improvement opportunities and proactively suggest solutions.
  • Stay up to date with visual trends, digital design practices, and emerging creative tools.


Minimum requirements


  • 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in agency or brand environments.
  • Experience working with FMCG, healthcare, nutrition, or other regulated-category brands.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to apply them consistently across multiple assets and formats.
  • Advanced skills in photo retouching, image manipulation, and compositing.
  • Ability to elevate imagery while keeping it natural, credible, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Strong execution skills across digital assets, social media, e-commerce visuals, presentations, and brand toolkits.
  • Experience producing high volumes of assets at scale while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Solid understanding of digital formats, resolutions, and platform specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, Krea, Sora, or similar.
  • Comfort working collaboratively with Design Leads, Art Directors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to interpret feedback clearly and iterate efficiently under tight timelines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and design craftsmanship.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for final output quality.
  • Proactive mindset in identifying visual improvements and maintaining design consistency.
  • Curious, adaptable, and up to date with design and digital trends.
  • Reliable, precise, and delivery-focused.
